Welcome to TESS Scheduling
We provide automated vehicle scheduling systems.
Our App helps you create your vehicle rosters and driver shift patterns quickly and efficiently, which can reduce your overheads, improve your modelling and analysis capabilities, and allow you time to focus on other parts of your business.
TESS Elation™ is designed for use by Consultants, Operators and Governments
Familiar input: Service design inputs are uploaded such as routes, journeys (trips) and locations (origins and destinations).
Fully flexible: The user has complete control over various legal and operational assumptions such as spread over, maximum working hours, break times and vehicle size restrictions. Parameters can be flexed in order to investigate different scenarios, providing on-demand rescheduling in seconds rather than weeks.
Comprehensive outputs: TESS Elation™ delivers your complete vehicle timeline in a print-friendly format, along with a complete data set that we can use to provide any type of analysis required. Standard reports include Driver rosters, Vehicle base schedules, and forecasts of working times, mileage by vehicle, stem journeys and repositions.
The system is flexible and scalable, and we aim to work with you to develop new analysis according to your needs. For many clients this app represents opportunities that have not existed before, so we will work with you to understand how this information can be leveraged further to give you better insights.
